What's Included in This Service?
You'll start with a consultation where your instructor learns about your facility's layout, common emergency types, and team structure. From there, the session is customized to include the exact protocols your staff follows, whether that's code blue response, airway management in a dental chair, or pediatric resuscitation. Training takes place at your location in New England, so your team practices in the same rooms and with the same equipment they use every day.
Each participant works through high-quality CPR, AED deployment, bag-valve-mask ventilation, and team coordination under the guidance of IC&M CPR, LLC instructors who understand clinical workflow and regulatory requirements. Custom scenarios focus on the types of emergencies most common to each client, strengthening rapid team communication. You'll see your staff build confidence as they rotate roles, ask questions, and refine their response under realistic pressure.
Certification cards are provided 3-5 business days upon successful completion of the course, so you can meet employer or licensing requirements right away. For large companies, certification cards will be received after payment of services is rendered, maintaining compliance for licensing and insurance without any delay. Flexible scheduling supports rotating shifts, clinical hours, and multi-day training structures, so you can certify your entire team without shutting down operations.
