How Our Process Works

You'll start with a brief consultation where your instructor learns about your team's role, daily environment, and specific safety concerns. From there, the session is tailored to include scenarios that your staff is most likely to face, such as a playground injury, a workplace cardiac event, or a choking incident. Training takes place at your site in New England, using the same spaces and routines your team follows every day.

Each participant works through compressions, rescue breathing, and AED use with guidance from IC&M CPR, LLC instructors who adapt their teaching style to match your group's learning pace. Industry-specific simulations help participants practice skills they are most likely to need in their day-to-day setting. You'll see your team grow more confident as they move through each drill, asking questions and refining their technique in real time.

Certification cards are provided 3-5 business days upon successful completion of the course, so you can meet employer or licensing requirements right away. For large companies, certification cards will be received after payment of services is rendered, maintaining compliance for licensing and insurance without any delay. Whether you're training five people or fifty, every session is structured to keep your team engaged, prepared, and ready to respond with clarity and speed.
