Meet Adam – EHS Expert & Co-Owner of IC&M CPR

With over a decade of hands-on experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management across New England, Adam has helped companies—large and small—transform their safety cultures, enhance regulatory compliance, and protect their most valuable asset: their people.

Adam’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Team Leader and Avionics Calibration Repair Technician, overseeing the safe handling, use, and disposal of more than 80 hazardous chemicals and 40 substrates. His responsibilities in chemical safety and environmental compliance laid the foundation for his long-term commitment to occupational health and safety.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Occupational Health from Keene State College, Adam continued to build his expertise as a Safety Manager for several international and regional companies in the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. He’s known for his ability to turn reactive safety environments into engaged, proactive safety cultures, with a focus on real results and sustainable improvements.
